can I paint metal lawn furniture and kill mold at the same time?

Our white iron(?) lawn furniture is covered with mold. We’ve tried bleach but it doesn’t do much, if anything. Is there a product that will kill the mold and paint the furniture at the same time?

…otherwise the paint won’t adhere very well. As I answered in the previous question, the furniture can be cleaned with a pressure washer. Afterwards make sure you dry it thoroughly to deter rust then use a good primer on bare metal parts.
